Shanghai Chaobo Musical Instruments Co.
Chinese company that often trades in the west as AXL Corp. or some variant of that name and runs its distribution networks under The Music Link name.
Shanghai Chaobo manufactures acoustic guitars and other plucked folk instruments under the Savannah, Recording King and The Loar brands, classical and European style jazz guitars under the Lucida, Antonio Hermosa, Francisco Domingo and Dell'Arte names, ukuleles under the Koloa brand, musical instrument cases under the Guardian name, pianos, classical string and brass instruments under the Palatino name, acoustic and electric guitars and basses under the Johnson and AXL names, amplifiers under the VHT Amplification brand, harmonicas under the Jambone name and finally mandolins under the Paris Swing name.
The company also owns a chain of music stores in China called "Shanghai Super Sound Musical Instruments" and manufactures musical instruments in association with Fender and other western companies, Chaobo is primarily an OEM although it has been making inroads into western markets with its own brands recently, it has a number of factories spread around China by some accounts more than 20.

USA based company, primarily a retailer of classical string instruments with outlets in Farmington and Ann Arbor in Michigan in addition to an on-line presense. The company also sells classical string instrument accesories under the Shar name that are only available in their own stores but in addition has a host of brands that are sometimes only avaiable in their own stores but somtimes distributed via a front end called M & M Distributing which is not a seperate company per se but merly another name for Shar Products.
These are primarily not made by the company but bought in from OEM's, almost exclusivly from Asia and include bows sold under the Presto, Klaus Becker and Guy Laurent brands, strings under the Overture label, shoulder rests under the Play On Air name, music stands under the Gig-N-Go brand, classical string instruments under the Crescendo, Carlo Lamberti, Karl-Joseph Schneider, Otto Ernst Fischer and Franz Hoffman stensils, and cases, bags & covers sold under the Cushy, Duracover and Passport monikers. South Korean company with production factilities in China, Germany and Korea that manufactures classical and folk string instruments and related accessories. Unusually enough for the most part the company's factories do not share brands, the German operation makes classical string instruments under the Karl Heinrich name, the Korean operation makes products in the same category under the Shimro Master label while the Chinese factory makes accessories, bows, cases and mandolins under the Shimro brand but classical string instruments using the St. Antonio stensil.
